Boot Camp in the Tuileries Garden

Perfect activity
on this Sunday morning:
Sport, sport, sport!

But not any sport:
Boot Camp
with a coach
in the Tuileries Garden,
right in the center
of Paris.
It was organised for
a bachelorette party.
It was a nice one!
And the weather
was incredibly
sunny and warm
for November.

(M)other India

(M)other India.

This exhibition
at the Galerie du Jour
Agnès B - Paris
showed
another India
by displaying
contemporary
Indian art,
we're not used
to see...

One key idea:
Reveal and point up
the diversity
and its delightful richness!

London #6 | Master of photography Diane Arbus

This autumn,
the American photographer is displayed in both London and Paris.

Diane Arbus, even though controversial at her time, is very well known for her
black-and-white
photographs of deviant and marginal people or of people
whose normality seems ugly or surreal. Her talent was
to picture them
the way they look, unpretentious.

To do:
  - Visit the artist rooms collection at the Tate Modern, London, til 06 Nov.
  - Visit the first major retrospective in France, at the Jeu de Paume, Paris, til 05 February 2012.

Self portrait, pregnant. NYC 1945.

London #2 | Glamour of the Gods

Celebration
of Hollywood portraiture
from the industry's 'Golden Age',
the period
1920 to 1960,
at the National
Portrait Gallery.
From Greta Garbo
and Clark Gable
to Audrey Hepburn, James Dean and
Marilyn Monroe,
it is these portraits
that transformed
actors and actresses into international
style icons.
